Tom has extensive experience of working with board-members, directors and operational teams to drive forward change, challenging the status quo and delivering projects within programme and budget.

Tom has worked directly within the NHS on the project team for large capital builds and also as an operational manager. He is a PRINCE 2 practitioner, Better Business Case qualified and has a diploma in Health Informatics.
